Dear Friends,

It gives me immense pleasure to welcome you to the official website of ROTI SHIKSHA KAPDA FOUNDATION.

I am S. N. Chitte, Founder & Chairman of the Foundation. Born on 4 July 1979, I have always believed that the true purpose of life is to serve humanity. From an early age, I was deeply moved by the struggles of underprivileged families. Along with my wife, I have personally witnessed the hardships faced by daily wage workers, marginalized communities, and economically weaker sections of society. These experiences inspired us to dedicate our lives to meaningful social service.

With this vision, we established ROTI SHIKSHA KAPDA FOUNDATION in 2025 as a Section 8 Non-Profit Company under the Companies Act, committed to creating sustainable and long-lasting social impact. Since its inception, the Foundation has successfully completed all major statutory registrations and compliances, including NITI Aayog NGO Darpan, E-Anudaan, PAN, TAN, 12A, 80G, CSR-1, and other applicable legal registrations, ensuring transparency, accountability, and trust in all our activities.

At present, our primary operations are focused in Pune, Maharashtra, but our vision extends far beyond>every state of India, reaching communities where support is genuinely needed and creating opportunities for a better future.

Our Foundation is dedicated to improving the lives of construction workers, sugarcane workers, brick kiln workers, sanitation workers, daily wage labourers, and other vulnerable communities. We place special emphasis on supporting their children by providing access to food, education, clothing, healthcare, school kits, medical check-up camps, and other essential humanitarian services.

Through our work, we have encountered countless children forced to discontinue their education because their families cannot afford school fees, notebooks, textbooks, uniforms, school bags, or transportation. We have also met families struggling to access medical treatment, warm clothing, blankets, and even basic daily necessities. These realities have strengthened our commitment to serve with compassion, dignity, and determination.

We firmly believe that lasting social change is possible>volunteers, donors, corporate partners, government agencies, and compassionate citizens, we can create a society where every individual has access to the basic necessities of life and every child has the opportunity to learn, grow, and achieve their dreams.
